These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jamaleddin's website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Jamaleddin provides software development services including but not limited to AI solutions, web applications, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, and technology consulting. All services are provided based on individual project agreements and statements of work.

Project Agreements

Each project engagement is governed by a separate agreement that outlines scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. These project-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms where applicable.

Intellectual Property

Client Work: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project.

Pre-existing Materials: We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and methodologies that may be incorporated into your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not guarantee that software will be error-free. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamaleddin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Michigan.
